Terms of Service

These terms govern bookings and stays at Sinnis Home Stay, Kattabettu, Nadduhatti, Tamil Nadu 643214, operated by Sinnis Group.

Bookings

• All bookings are confirmed personally by our team by phone or email.
• Standard check-in is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM; flexible timings may be accommodated on request.

Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund. Later cancellations may be charged.

During your stay

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings; secure parking is provided free of charge.
• Guests are expected to treat the property and its surroundings with care. Damage beyond normal wear may be charged.
• Outdoor experiences (trekking, bird watching, tours, bonfires) are arranged in good faith and undertaken at guests’ own risk; we will always prioritise your safety.
